How to cook 'em. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Stove Top: In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a rapid boil. Add desired amount of frozen vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and heat gently for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and stir prior to serving. Microwave: Place desired amount of frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain, if necessary, and stir prior to serving. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary. Do not microwave in bag. For food safety, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw and refreeze.
