Brownies: Here's how it goes. 2 large eggs + 1/2 cup oil + 1/2 cup water. Makes 12 brownies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prep by greasing 8 inches x 8 inches square pan with butter or applying parchment paper to the bottom of pan. Whisk together eggs, oil and water in a medium bowl. Add brownie mix and stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake brownies for 25 - 27 minutes, until edges are set. Let cool completely, then run a knife or spatula around the sides and bottom to loosen before removing from pan.
