Directions Boil: Cooking Instruction: 1 Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil. 2. Add pasta and cook for 7-9 minutes at a gentle boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain and rinse with warm water. 4. Serve with olive oil, tomato, or other sauce of choice. Note: this pasta may seem too soft while cooking, but it firms up to a nice al dente texture after draining and rinsing.
