Crust instructions: you will need: 2 tablespoons butter (melted). 1. Mix & bake: empty contents of crust mix into bowl. Add melted butter. Blend using spatula until butter is well incorporated. Scoop mixture into paper pan and press down firmly and evenly across the entire bottom. Cake mix instructions: you will need: 1 - 8 oz pack cream cheese; 1 egg. 1. Prep: preheat oven to 225 degrees f. Do not bake in toester oven. 2. Mix: put cheesecake mix and one 8 oz. Pack of cream cheese into large bowl. Mix with electric mixer on low until incorporated, about 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Mix on high for an additional 2-4 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add 1 egg and blend with mixer until fully incorporated. Pour batter into pan provided, on top of crust. 3. Bake, cool & remove: bake on rack in center of oven at 225 degrees f for 50 minutes. Remove cheesecake carefully from oven with both hands using pot holders. Cool cheesecake in pan on wire rack for 20-30 minutes. Then place in refrigerator until completely cool. Remove from pan by pressing up on the indented circle in the middle of the bottom of the pan. Store prepared product in the refrigerator.
