How do you cook it? Do not wash rice. Combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes 2-3/4 cups cooked rice or 4 (2/3 cup) servings. If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1-1/2 cups water in rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer. When rice cooker shuts off, let rice stand 10 minutes. This rice package was tightly sealed after being brushed with nitrogen to keep freshness. Once opened, avoid direct sunlight, keep in a cool area, and use within a reasonable time.
