Pizza Luigino Paired With Coppola Diamond Pinot Noir

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • Mezzetta® Artisan Ingredients® Pizza Sauce

Toppings:

  • Fresh Mozzarella Slices
  • Olive Oil Drizzle on Top
  • Fresh basil to finish the pizza 
  •  

     

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees, Assemble the pizza, by adding sauce to the dough. Place large mozzarella slices on the pizza (around 7 slices).
  2. Finish the pizza with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil.
  3. Bake Pizza until crust is crisp and cheese is melted, 12-15 minutes.
  4. Transfer Pizza to cutting board and slice.

Pizza Sofia paired with Coppola Diamond Collection Cabernet Sauvignon

Ingredients:​

  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Arugula
  • Prosciutto
  • Shaved Parmigiana
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions:​

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Assemble the pizza, by covering in mozzarella cheese and sliced prosciutto. While the pizza cooks, toss arugula lightly in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place a heaping amount on the cooked pizza and add shaved parmigiana.
  2. Bake pizza until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted 12-15 minutes.
  3. Transfer pizza to cutting board, slice and enjoy!

Toppings:
  • Mozzarella slices
  • ‘Mezzetta® Sliced Greek Kalamata Olives’
  • 'Mezzetta® Sliced Golden Greek Peperoncini’

Instructions:

  1. Assemble the pizza, by adding sauce to the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Add the sliced kalamata olives. Finish the pizza with sliced pepperoncini
  2. Bake until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board and slice.
