Our Midwestern raised Chairman’s Reserve Natural Pork is guaranteed tender and flavorful because it has to meet specific criteria for color, marbling and high PH levels before we offer it to our customers. Our baby back ribs are simply the best! The newest addition to our Pork family is our Organic Pork; raised along the Sacramento River just south of Chico, California. A customer recently wrote to say “the Organic Pork Chops are the best I’ve ever had!”
For you Lamb lovers, USDA Choice Lamb (primarily California raised) and our Free-Range Natural Frank’s Basque Family Farms are equally popular; from Lamb Shanks to Rib Chops and Leg of Lamb Roasts to ground Lamb. We have it all! Let our certified butchers prepare a stunning Crown Rack of Lamb for your next special occasion meal.

Andronico’s views sustainability and the health of our oceans seriously when it comes sourcing of our amazing selection of seafood. We use the science and research of the Monterey Bay Aquarium to ensure our seafood offerings are as sustainable and as environmentally friendly as possible.
Superior quality and freshness are always a priority and our vendors provide us with 6 day a week deliveries to ensure this.
Our specialty is wild Salmon. On any given day you’ll find at least two to three species of wild Salmon; fresh in season or frozen at sea in the off season. We offer whole fish, roasts, steaks and fillets cut to order. Don’t miss out on the Copper River and Yukon River Salmon offered in the summer months! Other daily finfish selections include basics like Pacific Red Snapper, Trout and Dover Sole fillets to Alaskan Halibut Steaks or fillets to the more exotic Tombo and Ahi Tunas from Hawaii.
Daily shellfish offerings are “Aqua Gem” Clams from the East Coast and “Prince Edward Island” Mussels from Nova Scotia along with a great variety of shrimp. We don’t just offer one shrimp, choose from small White Shrimp to extra Jumbo White Shrimp; raw or cooked, shell-on or peeled. We’ll even peel and skewer any variety for you, just ask!
Dungeness crab in season is a time we always look forward to at Andronico’s. The sweet, buttery flavor of our Dungeness crab is well known in the Bay Area and for good reason. We know where the best crab come from and the best Fisherman that fish for them; they always deliver crab freshly cooked. Of course we always crack and clean these beauties free of charge.
A signature item of our Seafood Department is our Cocktail Shrimp Tray. Our cooked shrimp have a mildly sweet flavor and a snap when you bite into them. Of course these shrimp surround our signature cocktail sauce, prepared fresh by our own chefs. Our cocktail sauce is so good it lead one of our customers to say” the shrimp are good but they’re really just a vehicle to get more delicious sauce into your mouth!”
