Q. What kind of catering do you do?
A. We are the perfect solution for office meals and home entertaining. We offer great foods, attractively presented on black recyclable platters for delivery or for pick-up in our stores.
Our Catering Department specializes in large scale events like conferences, receptions and weddings. Call us at 855-80-CATER and we will create a proposal tailored to your specific event. China, flatware and stemware are available with full-service catering.
Q. Is delivery available?
A.Delivery is available with minimum order size and is subject to availability. The minimum order for delivery in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo, San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties is $125.00.
All deliveries require 24 hours notice. Our standard delivery fee is $30.
Q. What is included in your basic service?
A. We will set your table with a family-style buffet. Warming dishes for hot foods are available upon request.
Q. Do you have service staff available?
A. Our basic service does not include service staff. However, our Catering Department does provide service staff as part of its special event catering.
Q. Does this brochure cover every menu and service available?
A.No. For larger events, call our Catering Department to discuss customizing foods and services to your specific needs.
Q How do I place an order?
A.Call the Catering Department directly at 855-80-CATER. You are also welcome to sample our foods at any Safeway Community Markets.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Unless otherwise stipulated, cancellations are accepted until 24hrs on the day prior to your order. After that time, you will be charged for any foods that have been ordered.
