ANT S'MORE? We strongly suggest ending every barbecue with s'mores, toasted right over the grill.

On Saturday, July 19th, we'll be making them indoors for you to try. Come enjoy the molten, aromatic pleasures of this childhood treat. Easy as can be, we combine 3 great ingredients: graham crackers, milk chocolate and our all natural marshmallows, then apply heat. For your next barbecue do the same, but over the grill. Add your own campfire memories and serve immediately.

We suggest using Chuao Chuspa Cacao. Chuao's single origin bars arouse your senses through aromatic and refined flavors. The taste of this milk chocolate bar transports you to Chuspa, a cacao-growing village on the Barlovento coast of Venezuela.

Grilling s'mores is easy. Here are two suggestions:

  1. Place a sheet of foil (large enough to wrap a stacked s'more) on the kitchen counter. Set one graham cracker on the foil then top with Chuao Chuspa Cacao (whole or broken) and Andronico's all natural marshmallows. Top with another graham cracker then wrap tightly in foil. Make as many s'more packets as needed. Place foil packets on the grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side. Remove s'mores from foil and gently push down on the s'mores to squeeze all the melted goodness together.
     
  2. Prepare your s'mores and place them on an aluminum pan. Set the aluminum pan on the grill until chocolate begins to ooze. Serve and delight in these gooey-sweet desserts.
