Let's Talk Turkey!
When it comes to the perfect Thanksgiving turkey it all starts with the right bird, and the right brine. Our pure and natural birds are raised in the open air of the central San Joaquin Valley and fed a special diet of corn and other natural grains. The result is an incredibly moist and tender turkey that has been known to cause "Mmmms" in perfect harmony. Coupled with Andronico's own flavorful brine, this makes for one outstanding centerpiece. On Market Day, we'll be roasting our "signature" turkeys after they've been brined. Stop by on Market Day and learn more about our brine recipe and prime quality turkeys.
