Tennessee Tastings
Come join us for a mouthwatering taste of Tennessee. We're serving Tennessee pulled pork sliders! Prepared in house, we start with a fresh piece of pork, seasoned with salt and pepper. The pork is browned on the stovetop, where tomatoes, onions, and other goodies jump in; then it is finished off in the oven. Slow roasted for hours and basted frequently with its own juices, the cooking journey ends with pork so tender and succulent it's irresistible.
