The distillery is owned by Leslie Rudd, owner of Rudd Vineyards and Dean & DeLuca, and his latest project is as exciting and bold as all his others. This gin is the smoothest we have ever tried. It is floral and elegant and the perfect call for your next Martini. Or try something new: A Gin Bloody Mary. It is best on a lazy Sunday!

Andronico's Chocolate Dunked Cheesecake	Monin Syrups
The possibilities of cheesecake are seemingly endless. Called a "canvas" by cheesecake-cooking champion David Gluckman, cheesecake is truly a blank palette, delicious as is, yet wonderful when enhanced with an array of ingredients. Andronico's Chocolate Dunked Cheesecake with Raspberries is made with real cream cheese and Madagascar vanilla, and then dunked in dark chocolate and finished with fresh raspberries. With the smooth and rich texture of classic cheesecake, the addition of raspberries and dark chocolate makes this cake distinctive. Belizza Acai Sorbet	Earth & Vine's Vinaigrette
If you've never heard of the Acai berry (pronounced ah-sigh-ee), take note. This little powerhouse is an ecologically sustainable berry that grows in the Amazon rainforest. It is incredibly rich in nutrients including antioxidants, minerals, oleic acid, potassium and vitamins. For a burst of antioxidant-powered energy that lasts, look no further than the delicious Belizza Acai sorbet. This sensational sorbet can be eaten as is, blended into smoothies, or topped with granola and fresh banana. Without argument, this is one of the best sorbets in the universe.	Add elegance and zip to your salads with ethereal vinaigrettes made with real fruit and grape seed oil. Earth and Vine's Blackberry Peppercorn Zinfandel Vinaigrette and Raspberry Cranberry Vinaigrette are two of Andronico's favorites.
