The Sticky Toffee Pudding company's booth created quite a stir at the Summer 2007 Fancy Food Show in New York. One bite and we immediately knew we had to share. Founded by Tracy Wilkinson-Claros, a native of England, these artisan British hot puddings are handmade from traditional English recipes in small batches from fresh, natural ingredients. With four fantastic flavors to choose from - Sticky Toffee Pudding, English Lemon Pudding, Molten Chocolate Baby-Cake and Sticky Ginger Pudding-you can indulge according to mood and preference. Want to taste a winner? The English Lemon Pudding was selected as the winner in the Summer 2007 Fancy Food Show competition for Outstanding Baked Good.
